Shipping policy

At The Essence of Desire, we take your privacy and satisfaction seriously. Our goal is to make every delivery smooth, discreet, and dependable — from checkout to the moment your order arrives at your door. Please review our full shipping policy below to understand how we handle processing, packaging, and delivery for your order.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 p.m. will begin processing the next business day.
During periods of high demand, sales, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer — but we always do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received, followed by a shipping notification email containing your tracking information as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: $9.95 on all U.S. orders

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied on orders over $300 (before tax and after discounts)

All packages are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the most efficient and discreet option for your location.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (when available): 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier performance. Once an order has left our facility, The Essence of Desire is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or external factors such as weather or holidays.

Discreet Packaging

We understand how important privacy is when ordering intimate items. Every order from The Essence of Desire is packaged with complete discretion:

  • Plain, unbranded shipping boxes or padded mailers.

  • The sender’s name will appear simply as “Customer Care” or another neutral entity — never as The Essence of Desire.

  • Product names or descriptions will not appear anywhere on the exterior label or invoice.

Inside, your items are carefully wrapped to ensure they arrive safely, securely, and ready for you to enjoy.

Order Tracking

Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. The Essence of Desire is not responsible for lost packages or delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order is in transit, it is under the care of the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as “delivered” but has not arrived:

  1. Confirm your shipping address.

  2. Check with household members or neighbors who may have accepted the delivery.

  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for resolution.

International Shipping

At this time, The Essence of Desire ships only within the United States. We hope to expand to international destinations in the future — please subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
