Because our products are personal and intimate, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any used, opened, or tested items.
This includes (but is not limited to):
used, tried, experimented with, single-use, or otherwise handled products.
This policy protects the safety, hygiene, and integrity of every order we ship.
Unopened Item Returns (30-Day Window)
We may offer a refund or store credit on unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- Item must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging
- Item must be in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
All returns are reviewed and approved at our discretion.
Manufacturer Defects & Damaged Items
We stand behind our products 100% against manufacturer defects and craftsmanship issues.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cdoleary6625@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos (if applicable)
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement of the same item (if available)
- Store credit
- A refund to your original payment method (if applicable)
Please note:
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear is not eligible for replacement or refund.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders are processed quickly. We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been placed.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
